Space Details

40 square meters with access to toilet, small storage and sink.

Terms

Deposit

 £200  deposit  refundable unless the gallery is damaged or not returned in the right condition. 

ZERO COMMISION

Temporary does no charge commission for sales, neither is responsible for sales, promotion and marketing unless previously agreed as part of the contract.

Payment 

50% Must be paid once the agreement has been signed signed

50% Remaining must be paid on the first day of the use of the gallery.

100% must be paid in advance for hiring less than a week.

Opening/Access Times

Monday to Saturday 9 am to 6 pm. 

Sunday 12 to 5 pm.

Private view and evening events

One private view is permitted until 8:45.

The gallery and outside space of the  gallery should be fully cleared by 9 pm.

An additional evening event is allowed  until  8pm.

Invigilation

You must have a person on site during your opening times.

Keys would be handed daily at 96 Chalton Street.

Storage

There’s limited storage for packaging material and other small boxes.

Technician

You must work with a professional technician when drilling and painting walls. 

If you don’t have a professional technician you can hire one of our technicians.

Technicians should be able to help and advise with all concerns related to the good treatment of the gallery.

Tools

You must bring your own tools.

If you hire our technicians, they will provide all the tools. 

Use of Space

The gallery walls can be drilled and painted if required as long as a professional technician does the work. A professional technician should  repaint, refill and repair any damage on the walls, ceilings, floor, etc.

Window display

The windows doors can be intervened  in any way. You can display vinyl lettering or any other display as long as you return the way you find it.

Video and multimedia equipment 

There are enough plugs and facilities to connect projectors, audio and other equipment.

If you need monitors, projectors and audio equipment you can hire our equipment.

Rubbish and cleaning

There are rubbish bags on site.

We offered to clean the gallery and we expect you to return the space clean.

Rubbish bigger than bags you should take it and dispose of in a legal place.

We have  spot lights.

Drinks and food

You are allowed offer food and drinks for free but you are not allowed to sell drinks or food.

You can’t sell tickets and offer alcohol as part of the ticket.

We have tables you can use for drinks and food.

You can bring your own glasses or you can hire our wine and champagne glasses
